Nursery trees Establishment (Ongoing)

In our 2024 Annual General Meeting, HED approved a five-year work plan. The core activity is the production of 500,000 tree seedlings over five years, with an annual target of 100,000 seedlings. Besides seedling production, the plan includes annual tree planting exercises and community education on environmental conservation through saving groups, youth groups, women, and special groups.

These groups receive training particularly in tree planting. This project will raise community awareness and build organizational sustainability to better serve the community. The plan is already starting since January 2025 and up to now we have the nursery tree with 25000 trees.
